Exceptional!

The Orlov Diamond, a gift to Catherine the Great from Count Orlov, her lover, is only one of the many diamonds and jewels on display in this incredible collection at the Kremlin.

    Worthy audioguide
We visited the exhibit and enjoyed all the descriptions, the lady at the door suggeted we skipped the first hall, as crowds were gathering there and visit the imperial jewelry area in the back. Once your eyes have adjusted to the dim light walk to the end make a left and to your right will be the other small hall. The numbers of the windows are hard to spot but once you locate them all are in the same place. Enter the number in your audiguide and enjoy. Upon completing the small hall we returnes and enjoyed the exhibits in the main hall where the crowds were no longe in the first windows. takes about 45 minutes to complete the audioguide.

Amazing to see those jewels and gold pieces.
If yu would like to get into the Diamond Fund, the best way is to arrive 30 in prior the Tickets office opening to get your entry tickets. Also - keep in mind that there could be huge line to enter the gates due to security gates. Allow 1 hour prior your time to come for the security gates. Also, even the tour inside was very interesting, it was relatively short and quick, we didn't have much time to just look and adore the pieces of that museum.
