Do you know who was the dirtiest king in a human history? When the first soap was produced? What is soap made of? All of that and much more you will get know in Museum of Soap and History of Dirt. We are pleased to invite you to one of the most interesting places in Bydgoszcz and one of the most unique museum in the world. Visit to the museum starts with washing hands in old - fashioned way and soap workshops during which you will be accompanied and instructed by our soap assistants. Meanwhile your soap will get dry, you will have oportunity to learn some information about history of dirt and get know all soapy secrets... We are certified as "The Best Tourism Product 2017" by the Polish Tourist Organization.

Super fun
We visited the museum during our vacation in Bydgoszcz and i can say it was fun. The history of soap and cleaning was presented in a very fun and explicit manner. We got to buy different types of soaps and last but not least we managed to create oir own soap.

A must do in Bydgoszcz
This is an incredible place to visit when in Bydgoszcz. A booked in advance tour lasted an hour and it was a really good spend hour. I needed to change the day and time of my tour and it was no problem at all. A huge advantage. The group was small (approx. 6 people) and therefore the workshop and tour was simply a pleasure. Great touring with passionate guide who explained everything with matter-of-fact and big sense of humor. I didn't feel like learning about the history at all. Nice shopping available on the spot.
