Amazing place for dia de Los muertos fans
This place was one of the most interesting museums Ive ever been in, and trust me there have been a lot! In case you don't know Posado was responsible for many of the images we see associated with Dia de Los Muertos as well as many other images. Very informative, great gift shop and super cheap entry. The biggest drawback was that everything was in Spanish only and my Spanish isn't very good. It is small and makes a great day if you take a cab to the nearby Museo Muerte.

walked to the museum from downtown
Small museum showcasing the many works of José Guadalupe Posada who died in 1913. He created many illustrations for periodicals to help the masses to understand some of the political doing as many people were not literate at the time. There was a second gallery for some modern international artists.
