This place must be a reference worldwide for wildlife conservation. The facilities are breathless. The animals in perfect shape. The staff is amazing. We hired the Giraffes experience for my handicapped sister and it was one of the best moments we ever had. Our guide (sorry for forgetting his name) was patient, full of knowledge and cared about us the most. It can be a bit pricey to get one of those experiences, but I strongly recommend them. Tip: there is a point where you can hire a boat to go to a dam... do not doubt on doing it, besides being a beautiful ride, you will be helping the locals who depend on that tourist activity.

Night time experience was everything
The night safari with Renato was amazing. It’s great that they have the option of vip experience where you have a private guide and a car vs huge bus. In the day light bus probably would be ok, but at night I don’t know what you can see from it. (And the private guide would speak English with you.) Also, if you’re hard to impress or saw everything already the night time experience that you can get only on winter holidays that’s the special thing which might get you excited.

Vip tour at night
We loved it. All is designed for you to learn a enjoy the animals incredible close to them from an open jeep. Our guide Sergio was amazing he knew a lot about all the animals and we were surprised with all the friendly and welcoming people working together to make this an unforgettable experience. Our other guides Jessy and Carlos took all 13 of us in the closed jeeps to the carnivores area. So much fun worth every penny
