Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend

Went here with my family after Christmas - we were lucky there was snow! Hosts were so welcoming took us round and introduced us to the huskies. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Once acquainting ourselves with the dogs we got the chance to put the harnesses on them. The sledge sits 2 people one behind the other, pulled by 8 huskies and guided by the hosts son (who is a world class husky racing champion!). The sleigh ride went around their farm - awesome track and just so much fun! The whole experience was just amazing and I highly highly highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be back! After the husky ride we ended off in a cosy hut with a fire to warm us up, was served a warm drink to end off the day. Just perfect!

Great for first time husky sled ride
Despite a lot of time in Finland over the years we have never tried a husky sled ride. This was a great introduction. A friendly family run business (apparently the son has had success in World and European husky driving championships). We explained that my daughter doesn’t like jumpy dogs and they dealt with it very well, initially introducing the calmer dogs and building her confidence, and keeping the lively ones away from her. She left saying how much she liked the huskies, having enjoyed petting them and helping to put on the harnesses. The sled ride, 2 passengers and a driver pulled by a team of 8 dogs, was great fun if a bit bumpy (no suspension!) We were limited to a shorter run around the fields as there was only about 10cm of lying snow, but when there is more later in the winter apparently you can do a longer trail through the forest and there can be the opportunity to drive the sled yourself. We may be back another year when there is more snow! It ended with a welcome cup of hot berry juice and peppery biscuit in a cosy hut.

    Fun dog safary
That was nice adventure. Visit to farm is started from familiarity with dogs. Staff tells about husky and other dogs. You can play with dogs and after that harness them. Husky is very friendly animal. Safari is a sleigh harnessed with 7-9 dogs. You seat on warm deer skin and enjoy fast driving. After safari you can drink warm finish drink with delicious cookies inside traditional finish house with big stove in the center. Thank you for warm welcome and interesting impression for whole family.
