Great family skiing holiday
We were 2 adults and 4 teenagers and had a great week Himos resort offered fantastic skiing the slopes are open until 7.30pm and open at 10 all the slopes are interlinked so you can ski between different slopes they are all well maintained and suitable for all abilities . We went in half term which is different to the Finnish children half term so the slopes were almost empty . Everyone was extremely friendly the resort is immaculate and the weather was perfect . We also within the week hired a snowmobile at the resort and went ice hole swimming close by . Their is only a small shop at the resort which is expensive but the supermarkets are 10 minute drive away. We stayed in an AirBNB which was beautiful and only a 100m walk to the slopes . This was a memorable and fun packed holiday highly recommended

Great place for families
Nice ski resort with a great snow park for kids with snow tubing, sledding etc. Perfect for families. Experienced skiers might get bored after a few days, but a great place to warm up your legs. There seemed to be very little going on during the week with most of the nearby restaurants and bars only open over the weekend. Only time there was any kind of queue to buy ski passes or rent equipment was Saturday morning. Staff all friendly. Be warned the ski school has limited availability and only private lessons available while we were there. Accommodation is provided with lots of rental cottages and parking is free. Well worth a few days - prices on the high side but that's skiing for you !

Great customer service
While I was buying tickets for skiing elevator my own equipment were taken from the holder near by. Friendly customer service took my contact information and proclaimed about the lost stuff. I also got rental equipment directly for loan. In the afternoon I got a call that my equipment were possibly found. Some customer had mixed up them for rental equipment. Since I couldn’t get back before closing time they send me a picture and hold them safe for the next morning! Awsome, fast and very kind customer service! Hissilippujen oston aikana omat sukset ja sauvat olivat kadonneet suksitelineestä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta otti yhteystiedot ylös ja kuulutteli tavaroiden perään. Sain samalta istumalta vuokravälineet lainaksi. Iltapäivästä tulikin soitto, että välineet löytyneet. Menneet jollakin vuokratavaroiden kanssa sekaisin. Illaksi en kerennyt enää paikan päälle joten sain kuvan välineistä ja ne pidettiin tallessa aamua varten! Nopeaa ja todella ystävällistä asiakaspalvelua!
