Fun
This lake is a real pearl of the region. It is a reservoir created from the flow of the Zagorska Mrežnica. This is the eleventh largest lake in Croatia and is also known as "The Sea of Ogulin" (170 ha). If one gazes on it from Prelesje, above the village of Desmerice, it really looks like a huge sea bay.

Countryside summer place
I love Sabljaci lake. Whenever nearby during summertime it is a perfect place to go swimming. If you are with a bicycle, even better. There is a lots of shade, lot of sun, grass. The lake is nice and warm. There are several pier and a poton you can jump from or stares if you like to go into lake slowly. Take a book to read, or just enjoy in the view. Perfect place for a picnic with swimming.

Hidden gem
Amazing lake for relaxing and swimming in. Perfect for a hot summers day to cool off. Facilities for showering and changing. Lots of piers and steps to enter the lake. Even has a volleyball pitch, play areas for children and benches for picnic. Highly recommend!
