The best-preserved castle in Hrvatsko Zagorje
As this castle is situated right next to the road from Kumrovec to Veliki Tabor, we decided to stop and see if it was open to the public. Unfortunately it was closed and no one was around. Later we found out that if someone wants to visit the castle a pre-booked time is mandatory. Nevertheless, the castle was renovated ground up several years ago and got its former glory back. Notice that this castle is privately owned.
