Nice looking castle

Lukavec, Velika Gorica Situated in the Turopolje plain in the settlement with the same name, it was first mentioned in 1256 as "caput Lukavez", but the exact year or the place of its construction is unknown. First built between 1474 and 1479 for the purpose of defense against the Turks as a medieval timber town.

    Small, but attractive
    This is the small military castle near Velika Gorica. Today the castle is restaurated and worth while to visite them. You will be enyojed in detour outside and inside the castle.
