Great place for relaxation with kids, with not so great restaurant
Bio park is great. Pure nature, animals, various activities for children, everything looks beautiful. We were served politely and quickly in the cafe, I have no complaints. What is not great is the restaurant, that is, the food. The restaurant is self-service, which is not a problem for me, but the food can be much better. The trout we ate was very good, but the rest of the grilled food was not even average. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy nature, have a drink, relax with the kids...but if you want to eat anything other than trout, you'd better eat elsewhere.

Rusty place with disinterested staff
Excellent location and nature! It can be seen that the park used to be beautifully decorated, but now it is completely neglected. A few animals in the "zoo", abandoned fish fattening pools,... Entrance €1.33 per person for nothing, but it is deducted from the price of food and drink in the restaurant. The restaurant is also neglected, the stairs are dilapidated. Upon arrival at the restaurant (to buy tickets) the waiters totally ignored us (even though we were standing at the bar), after about 10 minutes the waiter spoke to us. The biggest shock came when we decided to eat something in a restaurant. The restaurant is half empty, in the lower part of the restaurant there are several large tables, one of which is empty but reserved. In the upper part, 4-5 empty tables. We ask the waiter where we can sit: he says you can only sit outside, we are full. At first I thought I misunderstood!? It's the first half of March, the weather is sunny, but it's 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the outside temperature is 7 degrees... Confused, I ask: outside?!? The waiter answers again: we are full. After I tell my friend in shock that we will eat in some other restaurant, the waiter says: you can eat upstairs. Of course, that was not eat there and we will never go there again.

Funny animals
We went there on Wednesday, it was very peaceful. Animals are interesting, llamas and cute baby pigs. Nature around is okay, nothing wow. I didn't like the food, only potato was good, salad bad, tasteless tomatos, chewy mushrooms, and above all, service was bad. The waitress (I think owner) didn't want to give me a menu to see what can I order. What she says, that's what you can only order. And without the menu, I couldn't see the prices either. I also didn't like that she served us potatos in one large plate for four of us, and salad for two, because you do not get one extra plate besides that one with meat/fish/mushrooms or whatever.
