Amazing views
This is a gorgeous XII castle in a small village about a 20 minute drive from Soria in Spain. We climbed to the top of the tower and saw fabulous views of the countryside and village. Nice restaurants and beautiful village.

Very nice town and castle
Castillo y Pueblo de Calatañazor are literally the castle and the town called Calatañazor, in Soria Province (about 30km far from Soria), in Castilla y León. It is a very nice town, which is very well preserved, where you can see the traditional architecture, walk around the old streets, visit the castle ruins and see very beautiful views of surroundings, drink or eat something in the restaurants. Very good place to walk at the evening.

History untouched
This village is a landmark in the history of Spain. Here the muslims and specifically the bloody "caudillo" Almansur was defeated and badly injured in the XI century. This is were the constant razias of the moors were diminished. Besides the history, enjoy the beautiful architecture, castle, panoramic views, good food, and nature surrounding.
