It's a must visit on Sunday's if you are in Caracas with young kids.
This place is magnificent. Very closely located to los proceres boulevard. You can walk on this lake totally secured by the national guards. This is a very special place for fuerte tiuna's club. It has a lake that you can walk around with magnificent views. Then you can walk down to see the arc of independence from Spain. It has the remembrance of the battles won by our independence movement. This place is really fantastic and there is a running, cycling and skateboarding trail. Very recommended to park inside el laguito totally secure.

It's just fine to go for a walk
The only but is that all its facilities are inside a military base, it could be very sure for that reason.

Good place to meet mostly with military people
Has good price quality relation. not a gourmet class place but quiet and SAFE. You can enjoy tipical venezuelan and international food . Also a good meetimng placa
