    Yummy!
Great tour, very informative regarding the history of the chocolate factory. They also demonstrate how two for their most famous chocolates are made (Torino and Ragusa) and there is quite a bit of tasting involved! There is also a workshop where you can do your own chocolate. the restaurant is very nice and there is an outdoor playground for small kids.

    Inspiring chocolate desserts
The restaurant in the modern Camille Bloch complex is airy, comfortable and excels in simple dishes made from local products, such as cheese, charcuterie and desserts incorporating slices or chunks of the chocolate bars made in the family-run factory over the road, Ragusa and Torino, favourites of Swiss children. I would rather have the mixed salad served on a plate than in a glass perserving jar but hey, that's the trendy way - though the dressing sinks to the bottom. Our main dish was a wooden board covered in pâté, salami, several different cheeses, grapes and was very copious and delicious. Cakes, biscuits and sandwiches, beautifully wrapped and tied with raffia, at the counter. Very friendly and amenable staff.
