The Beauty in Blue
Switzerland is known for its fantastic landscapes. Wonderful alps, beautiful forests and amazing lakes. And the “Blausee” in Kandersteg belongs to one of those amazing and unique lakes. Very beautiful
A very clear blue lake. Persistently at low temperature. When visit in early morning without sunshine, it is exceedingly cold. But at the time of sunshine, could see a layer of water vapour evaporating from its surface and the temperature got much higher.

Beautiful lake
Yes it is a very touristy place, many tour groups visit and it can get very crowded. However the lake is really beautiful, with a variety of blue colors. Ther is a nice short walk around the lake and a rest area as well as a restaurant. I have not tried the restaurant and was at the lake only for a short period, but I can recommend it to visit if you are in the region, it is really pretty.
