well worth

We did two activites -on the first day our teenagers did the via ferrata and on the second day we did the tour of the caves. Both were very enjoyable. Excellent guide Jorge, good safety demonstration, and veey safety conscious. The tour of the Colvenetos caves took about 3.5 hours and was a highlight of our stay in the area. We abseiled, crawled, squeezed and climbed our way through an amazing experience. Great activities for families.

So good we went back again!
Myself and my partner booked to go on the Via Ferrata with nor 3. K, our guide (whose name Tripadvisor do not like!!) was a wonderful guide and explained everything in both English and Spanish. All equipment was provided and we felt completely at ease. The guide took lots of really incredible pictures during the climb and that was a really good addition to the tour! We returned the following day for the caving experience. We were guided as part of a larger group. Despite the fact we were the only two non-spanish speakers (sorry!) and took time to explain everything to us in English that was said in Spanish. The caves were incredible and they were really knowledgeable about the cave formations. We abseiled into the cave and it mostly involved walking around. There was some crawling and I would say it required a base level of fitness, but was manageable by most, especially with the help of the guides. Allow a bit of extra time than recommended, as they really give you value for money! Overall, I could not recommend nor 3 enough. Our experiences with them were the highlights of our trip to Cantabria. If you want attentive, knowledgeable and friendly guides, with incredible, breathtaking experiences, then they are the one for you!
