The best anchovies, "Sobadas a mano" (hand made), so it is a luxury article, not cheap but worthy
Me and my family are anchovies lovers. In search for the best ancovies we find out that "conservas Juanjo" where the ones Cantabria goverment use to provide as a gift when going to see the spanish president, king and other authorities. Once you try them is very likely you do not one any other. Good anchovies, good olive oil, the right amount of salt... They are just perfect! The only downside, they are not cheap.
