Free & very interesting way to spend a few hours!
Excellent visitors centre with videos, wall displays and objects spread over three flours. English translation available with most items. Very well laid out and a free useful tourist magazine to pick up on the way out. Park maps available in reception.

Brilliant
Easy to follow as English translation available. A well planned exhibition and interesting. The use of light and sound made it fall in line with what one might hear outside in the Picos

Great film
I would recommend going to the visitor center after spending some time hiking in the area. It will make more sense and the short film shows the change of seasons in the Picos and some of the places you would have hiked to in other weather. It’s great with geology but a bit lacking in cultural information. An anthropologist could have a field day here! Also, having the displays in a few more languages would be nice.
