Nothing special here
This is more of an exhibition center, albeit a very modern one, rather than a museum of art. An admission charge of 9E. There was an ongoing exhibition (so so) and a very small permanent collection of portraits. The top floor serves as an observation deck. Not very exiting.

The entrance...
I found it a very interesting place, although it was quite difficult to find the main entrance as there were several entrances in each zone of the building. We considered going in, as at one point it seemed that they didn't want us to find it...Otherwise, we liked it a lot.
