Quirky zoo
I'm not sure what the architect was on when he designed this place but I want some. It's a great use of space with lots of interesting and creative touches. Not sure I'll ever see another vertical zoo. As it's predominantly a rescue centre for former exotic pets it's well worth a few of your euros as well as being a great way to spend an hour or two.

Don’t miss the restaurant!
Walked up a massive hill from our lovely local casa to reach this Exotic Rescue Centre. It took us about 1.5 hours to wander around and enjoyed the parrots flying freely. One even decided to perch on my shoulder for a while rubbing its head on my chin! Afterwards we went to the restaurant next door. We were the first customers and to be honest it’s not really appealing. However, don’t be put off. They serve lovely food. I had chicken with sautéed potatoes and vegetables and my husband chose American style hamburger (a rare choice for him). Both meals were well presented and plentiful but we still managed a chocolate nut brownie to share which was amazing. Red wine was also good though they seem to ignore measures and just pour out, fortunately for me I got the bigger glass! Give it a try if you go to the Park.
