Poor customer service/ not kid friendly (or adults for my liking!)
I sent an email enquiring about making a booking for a family with a baby, they didn’t reply so I called them. They told me they would reply to my email which they never did. I emailed again. No reply. I called day of arrival to the island and man told me not to worry they had boats available. Went to pontoon where boats were, VERY rude unfriendly (I think italian) girl there, said she could rent us a boat for 1 hour (we wanted 2 or 4!) and as were about to get on the dingy she tells me we can’t because they don’t have the obligation to supply lifejackets for babies (although my baby had to compulsory use one as their T&c’s!) all this after she started paperwork.. She was rude, very bad mannered and sarcastic. We were coming over for my boyfriends 30th and it ruined the day.
