    Beauty to be seen...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. With today being my birthday, my lift ticket was free and we only paid for the wife's ticket with the lunch. (I had to pay separately for my lunch.) The 15 minute ride to the top was very smooth and relaxing. Once up there, we found the 1-mile hiking loop and started out. Being seniors, and at 8,200 ft up, we were quite happy to take it slow and stop at most shady spots. The scenery was beautiful with plenty of photo opts, and we recommend taking the hike. But do watch out for the bikers, they have the right-of-way! Lastly, watch out for the half chicken meal. The chicken is way too dry! Take sun screen, the camera, and WATER! Enjoy

    COVID restrictions on place
A real major change for this season if you are the type that hydrates by using a water drinking fountain or the water drinking stands those are no longer available so I suggest either paying for the bottled water or looking into a hydration pack. Season pass holders will have no problem getting in, but single day holders will have to reserve ahead of time. I don’t mind seems like it’s less crowded. There is a change to the lift ticket entrance you will have to pass thru the early gates with a valid pass so they no longer scan lift tickets pass at the lifts. There is no indoor dining which is no big deal on a bluebird day.
