only place in Bakersfield to go country dancing
live music 4 nights a week. Rudy Parris from the voice and the Buckaroos play one weekend a month. Stamped and other local bands fill in the rest of the time. Several of the bands are not country so before you make the trip call and see who's playing. The food is good and the portions are large,bring lots of money, it is pricy.

Good food, great memorabilia
I've visited here a few times over the past 10 years and every time has been good. I got here a little early this time and sat at the bar. The servers were slammed with a big group that arrived on a bus earlier. I ordered the chicken fried steak sandwich and although it was fine, it wasnt quite as good as I'd remembered. However, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area. This place is well run and the staff are friendly and theres live music every night. Great place to visit in the area.
