Probably one of the best cocktail in Brussels
Having experienced a lot of good cocktails bar in Brussels, the Modern Alchemist is a gem. A small signature menu, a complex mix of creativity, know-how and passion. The bar is decorated in a cosy industrial style with an eclectic musical background. Once you start, you never really know when you stop. They’re playing with with ingredients, infusion and mixing unique and delicious cocktails ! This is the kind of place you’d love to keep secret...
