Sitting outside for a beer and a smoke

Sometimes unwinding after a hard day you need to have a chat and a quiet cigar. Sitting outside in the square this was easy to do. The service was friendly and pretty fast and, as you can expect, the quality of the beer was excellent.

    Good for a quick coffee or for fries on the terrace
    As for all the bars around Place Jourdan, L'Autobus allows you to bring the fried from la Friterie Antoine. So when there's place on the (small) terrace, you can go there for drinks with your fries. Apart from this, the bar looks a bit old inside, so ont the most romantic.

    Beware of the beer tower
    After a hard day's work three of us wanted a late night beer. The location is good the place lively and the staff friendly. The 3 litre tower of beer was fun and the beer very good. The shock was the bill, with a small dish of nibbles... €48. Check the prices first.
