Bar a bar is an Uccle’s party pillar. A several decades old institution of informal fun, good atmosphere, great mix of music and occasional table dancing. The furniture is ageing and the space rather narrow, but all is compensated by the cheerfulness of the staff, by the mixture of old and new tunes and by the people joining (Once I saw a group of 3 generations celebrating grandma 78 bday, other times students celebrating the end of the baccalaureat). Starting to fill around 11, the place is opened and super animated till the early hours of the morning. If in doubt, always a good address for a happy drink and some carefree dancing.
