Top grade equipment, and friendly courteous staff!
We rented a speed boat for 2 days, and has made the reservations months in advance. We read all the reviews for rental companies in the area, and selected Shuswap Marina because they had the type of boat that we wanted and the reviews about the service were quite positive. We had high expectations, and were pleasantly surprised about how wonderful everyone was beyond those expectations. The boat we rented was in immaculate condition, and was easily one of the fastest boats on the lake. It looked great and wasn't a floating billboard for the rental company. We had a great time on the lake and explored much of the different arms. The Marina itself is a clean and functional facility that is well organized, has ample parking, and is easy to find - both from land and water. It was super easy to spot the giant "GAS" sign from the lake, which made it easy to find home again. ' What really made it such a great experience overall was the staff. While everyone we met at the Marina was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and took their time to provide personal service, sometimes you meet a person who is exceptional with their customer service. I want to shout out both Jade and Monica for going that extra mile to ensure we felt at home and at ease with our rental. After all, we didn't rent a dingy to float around on - this was a high performance machine with all the options and is worth a ton of money. So you want to be prepared to handle a machine like this. Both Jade and Monica did a wonderful job of listening, answering our questions, and provided a professional but light-hearted approach, Yes, they even have a sense of humour. Also, huge koodos to the guy who did our orientation!!! I can't remember his name, but he was very thorough and provided detailed but understandable answers. In the end, we had two wonderful days of ripping around the lake and exploring the area. I can't thank Shuswap Marina enough for making our vacation just a little bit better. We will be back!

Great day on the lake!
We arrived at 9 am as requested with our booking and they were busy as there was an issue with a boat for another customer and they were working hard to get them another boat from a different company as there’s were all booked (they found them one). Friendly staff, good briefing of the safety and operating features! Because we had a late start we were told to come back at 5:30 instead of 5. While they topped up the boat with fuel they did the go over and had us on our way quickly! Must also add that you get a choice of 3 water toys (tubes, skis, wake and knee boards included in the rental! The boat was clean and ran excellent all of which made for a awesome day on the lake, thanks to all the staff!
