Loved it all

We had a wonderful 4 days at the end of August. Their website describing the trip is excellent as it tells you exactly what you are going to get in terms of accommodation and potential physical challenges, so there were no surprises Jamie was a terrific guide, an excellent helmsman, and the boat felt incredibly safe. We lucked into 4 days of really good weather so cannot say whether 4 days of rain (or even 1, for that matter) would have been made the trip less interesting and enjoyable. It certainly would have been more challenging, I think. Loved it all.

    Worth every penny!
We did the 1 day tour with Morseby Explorers. Our guide, Mia, was incredible. She was knowledgeable, funny, and she extended our trip about an hour longer so that we could watch humpback whales feeding in one of the bays. We had the honour of receiving a tour of Skedans by a Watchman, which was humbling and beautiful. Lunch was delicious, as were the snacks. I highly recommend setting aside a day to do this tour if you visit Haida Gwaii!

    The Trip of a Lifetime!
TRIP OF A LIFETIME! I've been on a lot of eco-tours and this four day tour compares to Tambopata. From the moment we set off we were immersed in an ecological and cultural experience. Our tour guide handled the boat like a pro, and I felt safe - even challenging waves were fun to ride. I didn't know that there were secret surprises (I'll keep them secret) so I was continually amazed. The Float Camp was incredible and the chef - Ash, is Michelin star quality. The Watchmen provided richly detailed context and history for the special sites we visited, and it was nice to see so many youth engaged in this important work. It was great to see contemporary Haida architecture next to historic towns, and the totems were... breathtaking. The land and waters themselves were really the highlight of the trip, and I am still dreaming of beaches, whales and eagles......
