Awesome winter steelhead.
Bar-none the best steelhead fishing I have ever experienced. I even caught a couple on my ultra-light "dolly" set up. I would highly recommend this river to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime experience. Even if you don't land any fish the scenery and tranquility are more than worth the trip.

Great Steelhead day!
My son and I did and 8 day trip to the Skeena back in September. Fishing on the Skeena was very slow but we got to spend two days on the Kalem. Beautiful river. A bit more intimate than the massive Skeena and we both caught two stealhead each. I would highly recommend this river.
