Great skiing and boarding, needs to improve food options.
Stayed right near the village, and received good service in regard to equipment hire and lift tickets. Snow conditions were excellent during our stay. The only disappointment was too few dining options, particularly at night. We had dined at The Woods on previous stays, but it was closed during our week there, and we had a bad experience at the Black Diamond Grill and The Globe menu was limited. We ended up eating lunch or dinner at the Bullwheel on at least 4 occasions and enjoyed all our meals there.

This is my favourite resort but for a number of reasons this will be my last visit
Big White is slowly getting more expensive as time goes on. The frustrating thing is the speed that things happen and the lack of progress in developing the site. The Big White/Kelowna relationship for international travellers has not improved in the last 10 years. The promised international runway never appeared and so you are at the mercy of AirAlaska and others and they are simply too unrealisable when it comes to landing from Vancouver or elsewhere. Missed days , delayed flights, increasingly expensive and lack of development of the resort or an attempt to improve the poor restaurants means you feel let down by the apathy. So time to move on unfortunately and find a better resort with high standards, easier travel connections and a little more energy from everyone.
