Giant park, great for every outdoor activity

Both times I've come have been for mountain biking. I'm a newb at it so I considered it terrifying - which I guess means the mountain biking trails are great :) We parked at the beach both times, of which there was people swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Lots of walkers and regular street biking trails as well.

    Trout Lake
There are several lakes and a multitude of beach fronts in this location. We went to trout lake, the one closest to Kensington Rd. It is a bit of a hike, but was well worth it. If you head south instead of west when you get to the fork at the lake, there are many small sandy beaches for private use. Pick your spot and set up camp and you feel as though you have the whole lake to yourself. Great swimming lake, very little sea weed.

Long bike rides with very few cars
I try to ride every week at this park. The roads are great, little traveled by cars. When you do encounter a car - it has a couple bikes on its rack so they understand - SHARE THE ROAD. Great place to just relax and ride!!!
