Outstanding service, and a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours
We visited Luebbenau on a whim, and it was one of the best places we went to on our trip because we got to kayak through the town and beyond to the beautiful surrounding farmlands. The man who served us at Bootsverleih Franke said he had minimal English, but was able to communicate with us perfectly. He was so friendly, and made great recommendations for which canals to take through the town. I can't recommend this company enough! The prices were very reasonable as well.

Nice staff, nice prices!
Staff was very nice. We kayaked for just under 2 hours (would have been a bit longer but we got a bit lost as far as our originally intended route was concerned and decided it was safer just to follow signs backs to Lubbenau :) ) and it ended up being 13 or 14 euro for the two of us (not each, total). Very helpful in getting us all set to go. We admittedly didn't know too much German, but fortunately for us they had no problem communicating with us in English. Very lovely kayaking.

Worst service ever!
Was a recommendation of our hotel. Booking only possible via phone but not to be reached via phone for hours. Only upon arrival we got to know by very arrogant staff that boats are not available for already 10 days. When asking why such a fact can not be published either on the website or via voicemail they replied: WE DO NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! What a bad behavior?!
