Before going to Villa the Leyva it seems to me that going to Pozos Azules was a must, but when I finally get there it wasn't what I expected: 3 small lakes not as blue as they told you they are... If you have the time go..., if not don't worry about it.

Great hiking and beautiful location.
Great place to enjoy natural beauty of Boyaca. Would reccomend wearing good hiking shoes as the walk to see all five lakes is downhill on rock path so return is all uphill.

No swimming
Thought we could swim here, so we brought our camping towels and bathing suits, but no swimming allowed. The woman who took our money was very clear there was to be no swimming. Only walking and observing. Nice for a walk, but nothing spectacular.
