Five minutes of your time
Nice place to have a sit down and take in the vibes while in the Old Town. At lunchtime it's thriving and generally well shaded with ample seating. There is a Bolivar statue in the centre with the Inquisition museum on the other side.

Nice shady spot to rest
Right in the middle of the ancient city, a shady place to rest on benches and listen to people playing music. There was a gentleman selling lime juice at the curb and several people trying to sell souvenirs. They were a little pushy, but otherwise it was nice.
