It's a nice massage parlor. Some of the masseuses are a little rough, but after one or two massages you find your person and stick with them.

Craig has hands of gold!
Craig B. at Lavida of Troy is an expert massage therapist. He helped me with my lower back pain, and gives specialized manipulations specially designed for your specific body pain. His techniques help you relax after a long hard day. When I make an appointment (90 minutes) the day seems better because I have something wonderful to look forward to!! 6 stars!!

Massage
A bit higher ranking than a massage envy. My Massage was peaceful and extremely relaxing. Facial was excellent. Very nice staff. Id recommend this for anyone who likes repeat massages & doesn't want to break the bank doing so
