Great park!

I loved this park. I drove by it during the day and I didn't think about it much. I'm not from the area but it seemed to be in the not best part of town. I went later in the evening with my mother to go for a walk and we loved it. It is very large and there was a great amount of people doing all sorts of things. Lots of people having fun with their friends. The park lights up at night in a great manner that makes it all very beautiful.

    Immersive Room was fantastic
Beginning the tour was 3 plus aisle of reading. This part could have been done better. Once you entered the immersive room it was fantastic. There were a few benches. My thouyis this could have been done in a theater setting or IMAX. Would recommend.

A Nice Place to Just Take a Stroll
My husband and I would walk over here from the hospital regularly. It is very close to Ronald McDonald house also. It is a nice, clean and large park. People have picnics and take walks and runs around it. There is a little deli and some tables to eat at, also lots of benches to sit on. We really liked this park. There is a coffee shop and a smoothie place right across from it. We were very impressed with how nice this park was and how Birmingham is revitalizing its older areas. I would recommended visiting this park just for a chance to be outside and enjoy the sunshine and to get away from the hospital for a while.
