Could spend all day.
There is a display outside along a length of the old Berlin Wall giving the history from 1933-45. This in itself is absorbing enough. Inside there is a large area given over to photographs and explanations relating to the main subject. We had a free guide for an hour to get an overview but it was a large group and she was softly spoken. Could have spent all day there -ended up buying the book showing all the exhibits ! It’s free to go in.

History laid bare
A detailed history of the rise and fall of the Third Reich, with photos bringing home the misery faced by local people over two decades. Apart from the voices of group leaders explaining the back story to their charges, there was a contemplative and hushed air as we went around the indoor part of the museum. Allow at least 2 hours to see all that is available.
