    Königsee
The boat ride on the lake to the chapel of St. Bartholoma. It was a beautiful day and the vertical cliffs of the lake were stunning. The boat was electrically operated so no noise disturbs this peaceful lake. The skipper of the boat plays his trumpet in the middle of the lake to demonstrate the incredible echo. The restaurant at the landing was good. Plenty of outdoor space and sandy beach for kids to play surrounded by majestic mountains.

    Unbelievable!
This is the most beautiful lake for me so far. The views, the landscape and the lake itself are incredibly amazing. The pictures and videos say it all. I visited Königsee just 2 days ago (August 10, 2020) and it was still very crowded during this time (Corona time ??‍♀️). The boat trip is scheduled. We got there around 11am and took the 1:30 pm boat ride. So I highly recommend booking / buying your tickets on the website (I've seen some people walk straight to the boat pier with paper in hand so you don't have to queue at the Ticketboot. I advise you to come early and take atleast minimum 4 hours or take a day trip to enjoy the two stops (St. Bartholomä and Salet/Obersee or one day trip because there are many hiking trails.
