PK Zero or the enter of the city.
Not a place to be less you are passing or have to be there for some commitment. When ever you are there make sure that you travel in a vehicle and NEVER on foot. While in the vehicle, roll up the windows and keep the door locked all the times. The main roundabout is impressive and shows that the fading glory of the past. It is the real downtown area and one feels he is walking down the dark alleys of Bronx.

Barely functioning, not much to see
The museum is still signposted, open (Monday to Friday) and staffed, but no longer functions. You can easily approach the staff who will chat with you willingly, happily accept a donation equivalent to what was once the official admission price, and show you around. You can only see 3 or 4 rooms. There are still a few exhibits (the museum has not been entirely picked clean by looters), but most are boxed up in storage and can no longer be viewed. Overall impression is ambiguous - admirable that the staff are still around at what is CAR's only museum,, but the admission price is high, you can see the whole museum in ten minutes, and objectively this is no longer a bona fide tourist attraction.
