An enjoyable walk around a small lake
We drove up into the Black Forest to the Haldenhof area, to the Nonnenmattweiher, a small lake at just over 900 m altitude, and enjoyed a walk around the lake in sunny fresh conditions, followed by a light lunch at the Fischerhutte. The walk and lunch is both highly recommended.

Attractive mountain lake in the woods
We were hiking and had a break at the shores of this beautiful mountain lake surrounded by lush green woods. There's a special section for swimmers which one should try given the setting.
