Castle tour and great lunch

We had a Blast at the historic castle. We did the pay tour of the inside of the very well preserved renascence era Elector castle. It was well worth the admission. The tour guide was fantastic, we learned so much. I would recommend it to families with or without small children. The Cafe had plenty of offerings for everyone and all of our choices were delicious.

    Runs under the Old Bridge
    The Neckar runs underneath the Old Bridge in Heidelberg. Its a 362-kilometre-long river in Germany., a tributary of the Rhine River. Around the river are some lovely historical building perched on the hill. Its a favourite location for river cruise boats.

    lovely for river trip
    Trip on the Liselotte river cruise. beautifully clean boat with bar and tables and waiter service! Crew really friendly.. 10 euros for 50 minutes. is a great price. Table on on top deck so get great views. Recorded commentary in English, French and German
