Lovely spot
Nice romantic spot where the Danube meets its first tributary and grows bigger and bigger. A bit difficult to find as there are no signs. The walk along a charming lane of birch trees to it is very nice. When you are ther well worth the visit.

The real attraction is the castle park along the river Brigach
The spot where the trickle of the Danube meets its first tributary the river Brigach can be seen when taking a walk from the Donauquelle by crossing the bridge over the Brigach and then turn left into the park, passing a museum. The attraction is the idyllic and vast castle park with its mighty trees, ponds, ducks, birds and monuments.
