Great for swimming and snorkelling. Amazing range of fish in these beautiful pools. Very clean water and safe swimming.

    Very beautiful natural piscina
    A must see in Sao Jorge, the pool is beautiful and a short walk from the village. As you enter the village, before turning right and down into the small harbour (with the other easily accessible natural pool directly by the car park) there is a sign indicating a path, follow this and rather than taking the path to the lighthouse follow the left fork, it's no more than a 5 minute walk. There is not a huge amount of space so don't plan to kick back there for the day, it's a small rocky area then straight into the pool. Also be aware if there is a strong onshore wind or swell at sea the pool will be affected and there is no lifeguard stationed there!

    Amazing, maybe the best natural piscina on all the azores islands
    We found this today, at the entry you can go forward for a unique one .. but the best is if you go left .. then a very interesting path of hundreds of meters, the view is getting better and better. Go all the way down and then even 100 meter extra to the sea, then you see the unique blue piscina natural
