You can see most of Horta from here!
Just a short drive up the hill from Horta you won't miss seeing this viewpoint. A large monument with a cross on top marks the spot. From here you can see Hortas's ferry terminal, the Municipal Park, the marina, the main strip, hotels, Monte Guia and so much more. On a clear day the view is exceptional!

Excellent view of Horta and the marina
We were on our way to the Caldeira and stopped at this miradouro - well worth the stop - you get great views of Horta Marina and the town! And a beautiful statue of Our Lady of Conception.
