I never get tired of seeing the wall paintings

More wonderful stories of the saints with some very gory too. But we had an excellent guide who kept us informed. I feel this is essential.

Wonderful
It was wonderful to step off the boat and feel like you've stepped back 500 years, but at the same time to know that this is live, active worship, happening just the same as many hundreds of years ago. That thousands of feet have stood where you're standing, absorbed by the bright mural paintings, completely focused on worship. Really special.

A very interesting church with glorious wall paintings. Make sure your guide shares the stories of the paintings and the history of the church.
