A lovely gem in a beautiful small city
A real gem! This park is located just off Lethbridge's major commercial road and hotel zone, Mayor Magrath Drive, as well as several other attractions. Parking is free! Yay! It's a beautiful artificial lake, with a nice trail going around it. For COVID, they have made it a one-way loop walk, and most (but not everybody) complied when we did our little walk. We also saw that they have permanently propped open garbage can lids, so people don't have to touch them to put away their waste. If you're in Lethbridge, no excuse for not visiting!

Peaceful and Tranquil Place
During the Summer, Henderson Lake Park is a really good time. It's detached from the downtown core so there are far less shady characters than some of the other parks in town. I highly recommend checking this place out during Lobsterfest or any of the other major events in the Summer.

Great picnic place
A beautiful large lake surrounded by the trees and grass. Perfect place for a large group or less to enjoy a day out. Has picnic table and space to walk and enjoy . Has clear path to walk and cycle . Today was very windy but sunny . Has a kids play area too Has public toilets and parking No entrance fee
