Best Views of Alaska
I’m a local to Valdez and my boyfriend and I went up in the heli with Pilot Casey for the first time today. We went to Valdez glacier, and it was awesome. You really can’t grasp how vastly beautiful this place is unless you see it in the air. Casey’s piloting was smooth as butter (I was worried about getting motion sick, it wasn’t a problem at all) and he gave the tour well, pointing out all the cool sites and searching for critters. The heli was super clean and we felt comfortable considering the current COVID protocols. We will be recommending VS Helicopters to all of our friends and family who come to visit, and will most likely be taking another tour with them in the near future. Don’t miss this while in Valdez!

A must do!
We were booked to do a plane flight with glacier landing in Denali however it was canx due to weather. So we stumbled upon this hidden gem. What an amazing time. The pilot was awesome and explained so much about the area and Columbia glacier. They offered military discounts which is nice to see.

Best part of our entire Alaskan vacation
We flew with Al on a cloudy, rainy day and he made this the highlight of our entire Alaska vacation! Flying along the coastline was peaceful and serene. Seeing the sheer size of the glacier was awe inspiring. Al went "waterfall chasing" with us and it was exhilarating! Saw dall sheep grazing as well. Smooth, gorgeous flight with excellent music thru the headphones! We simply cannot express what an amazing trip this was!
