Great Free Camping!
Beautiful new visitors' center along the Alaska Highway with two free campgrounds. Lakeview is small and directly on a lake.

great drive
This is a beautiful stretch of road with lots of lovely views,one of the nicest stretches in Alaska.we stopped for short walks at season area and hidden lake, great fun.call to the visitors center for a visitor guide, there are no shops so bring your lunch but it's also one of the the wonderful things about the drive .
