CAUTION - BUYER BEWARE!
Failed to comply with its Terms & Conditions, online advertising, and assurances provided by Rick Hedding (co-owner) via email. “Full days on the water” and 8 hours of guided fishing per day was actually 5 hours or less on Days 1-3, and less than 4 hours on Days 4-5. At the time of purchase Rick indicated that only 4 guests would be present during our trip; however, the week began with 5 and an additional 4 arrived on Wednesday for a total of 9. On Day 4, Rick changed fishing arrangements and moved my brother and me from Captain Morgan’s boat to his and told us that we must now rotate fishing with the 3 other guests on his boat by fishing for an hour and then sitting in the cabin for the next hour. The provision of “We will clean, vacuum seal, label, and flash freeze your catch daily. At the end of your trip we will box up your fish in our specially designed waxed corrugated fish containers ready for your travel back home” did not occur, as all of the fish we caught were not packaged and provided to us. Although “steak and bake, ribs, chicken, fish (your catch)” is the menu all but one dinner was seafood and the other was a chicken breast each. Using fish caught by guests, without obtaining their explicit permission, to feed all guests, staff and family is inappropriate and not consistent with the Fish Processing provision above. To date, neither Rick nor Tasha responded to dissatisfaction expressed verbally, in the survey provided Friday evening, and via email on 27 June.
