Beautiful gardens

Lovely, peaceful area right on the beach. Beautiful gardens with markers. There is a nice trail they goes into the woods and a nice little area to walk down to the beach. They do have restroom and a donation box if you like to contribute but no entrance fee. The gardens and beach area were peaceful and just a beautiful view everywhere you look. The gardens are nicely maintained and you can see the time put into the entire area.

    often missed peaceful gem
a small plot of land but a jewel of a place with a myriad of beautiful flower beds showing what alaskans can do in the cold salty environment. lovingly tended and fantastic views over ocean and islands. highly recommend as a visit rather than the over touristy "jewel gardens" or other hyped excursions. we were the only ones there. if on a cruise ship hire a car from the dock with "juneau car rental" then you can spend you day doing what you want to do at your own pace and get away from the crowds at a fraction of the price. they make rental really easy

    Worth a visit
Beautifully landscaped grounds with an area dedicated to a food garden which is donated to a local charity. Volunteers and the caretakers spend many hours maintaining and everything was labeled with names of the plant. Would love to live here in this awesome setting.
