nice visitor center near several trails
nice exhibit of the area. The gift shop offered some lovely jams and wraps for take out since the restaurant didn't accept people not staying at the lodge to dine in due to limited staff. the boardwalk trail is near the lodge and it is an easy trail to see cool fungi and other temperate rainforest plant life.

A Hidden Gem Well Worth the visit
Well worth a visit. Hidden away on the second floor of the main lodge and staffed by knowledgeable and personable park rangers. Extensive and well illustrated history of the Park and the Glaciers. Also, be sure to check out the gift items in the visitor center. Higher quality and better pricing than the overpriced, lower quality Aramark Gift Shop on the first floor
